If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the provision shall still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be considered severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

17. Delivery and User Responsibility

Services are delivered remotely via the internet. Users are responsible for providing the necessary information and complying with our requests. Rank Engine is not liable for interruptions due to the user’s failure to provide required information.

18. Submission of Materials

Users should submit relevant materials, including URLs, anchor text, and content guidelines. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

19. Distributed Content

We do not have full control over distributed content on third-party platforms. We will attempt to honor user requests for editing or removing content, but we cannot guarantee this due to circumstances outside our control.

20. Anchor Text

Users may provide predetermined keywords (“Anchor Text”). We are not responsible for the performance of these keywords.

21. Backlinks on Third Party Platforms

Backlinks are placed on third-party platforms. We guarantee uptime for 150 days and will replace a placement if a backlink is removed within that timeframe.

22. Restricted Websites

We do not accept orders for adult, gambling, pharmaceuticals, racist, or illegal websites.

23. Information Accuracy

We monitor the information on Rank Engine but do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

25. Intellectual Property

Content on Rank Engine, including text, images, and trademarks, is owned by us or third parties. You may not use our content without prior written consent. If you believe any content violates your intellectual property rights, contact us.

26. Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee

We strive for customer satisfaction. Refunds may be issued if:

Our services are impaired due to technical issues that cannot be resolved promptly.
We materially breach our Terms of Service.
We fail to acquire backlinks that match the order specifications.
We fail to complete an order within 60 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original payment.
