The first step is to define your project and choose your campaign settings. This includes naming your project (or loading a previous project), setting approval preferences, and choosing the delivery time.
Select the type of campaign you’d like to run. Choose between SEO and Digital PR depending on whether your goals are brand awareness, reputation management or unbranded keyword rankings.
A Digital PR campaign incorporates your brand (or your client’s) directly into the content, positioning it as a real-world example alongside relevant but non-competing brands.
You can also customise the campaign with article topics, quotes, and more.
An SEO campaign focuses on natural backlinking without directly mentioning your brand in the content. Instead, links are placed contextually within relevant content using your target keywords.
This format is ideal for SEO-driven campaigns that benefit from subtle, contextually relevant links.
These settings apply to both SEO and Digital PR campaigns. You can specify regions to target, keywords to include, or exclude specific topics — ensuring every article aligns with your strategy.
For Digital PR campaigns, these are applied at the campaign level
For SEO campaigns, these are applied per placement.
Define how link placements should be handled. You can choose your DA range, specify anchor text, set audience preferences, and optionally target specific top-level domains.
Once everything is configured, your campaign is launched. Our system begins content strategy and website prospecting immediately, with expert oversight integrated into each step.
Monitor the status of your content and placements. The dashboard allows you to stay up-to-date with your campaign’s progress, download deliverables, and manage live projects at a glance.
If you elected for approval rights in the initial Project Setup stage, you’ll be able to approve or request changes to content and site selections — all from within your dashboard.
Once your campaign has been delivered and all placements are live, you’ll receive a final summary and confirmation of completion.
Everything stays in your dashboard for reporting and future reference.

Strategic Campaign Planning
Every project begins with comprehensive strategy development, ensuring your campaign aligns with current market trends whilst avoiding duplication of previous work. We establish clear objectives and create a roadmap for maximum impact across both traditional and AI search platforms.
Verified Data Collection
Our system gathers and validates the most relevant industry insights, expert quotations, current statistics, and trending topics. This curated data foundation ensures your content includes the authoritative sources that both search engines and AI platforms prioritise.
Brand Integration Strategy
For Digital PR campaigns, we research complementary brands and influential industry figures to create authentic context for your mentions. This approach generates natural, credible placements that enhance rather than compromise your brand's reputation.
Intelligent Multi-Agent System
Specialised AI agents collaborate in distinct roles: a writer creates content, an assessor evaluates each draft, verification agents validate feedback accuracy, and comparison agents track all changes through detailed changelogs. This multi-layered approach ensures every improvement is implemented accurately and efficiently.
Systematic Editorial Refinement
Content advances through six targeted review stages, each handling a different aspect of the article's production, from adherence to the outline and integration of your brand, to writing style and content integrity. The system won't progress until all identified improvements are complete.
Expert Oversight
Our editorial team provides final review, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand voice. Human expertise guides strategic decisions whilst AI handles efficient execution.
Advanced Site Discovery
Our proprietary crawler continuously maps the web, identifying high-quality opportunities and updating our extensive database with real-time metrics. This automated system tracks domain authority, organic traffic patterns, backlink quality, and site health to build a comprehensive picture of each potential placement.
Intelligent Targeting Options
Beyond traditional metrics, our system prioritises sites based on actual relevance, traffic quality, and audience engagement. This approach focuses on impact over vanity metrics, ensuring your brand appears in the most valuable contexts for your target audience.
Expert Quality Review
Account Managers manually review every selected site, verifying editorial standards, audience alignment, and brand safety. This oversight ensures that only premium, relevant sites that enhance your reputation are approved for outreach.
Professional Relationship Building
Our team conducts personalised outreach to site owners, crafting tailored proposals that emphasise value for both parties. This professional approach secures more favourable placements and builds lasting partnerships for future campaigns.
Guided Campaign Management
Account Managers oversee every negotiation, ensuring terms align with your objectives whilst maintaining campaign momentum. If you've selected our approval option, you'll be able to review all content and placement opportunities before we proceed with final outreach.
Comprehensive Campaign Reporting
Upon publication, you'll receive reports including live backlinks, site metrics, and traffic data. All information is accessible through your dedicated dashboard, providing full visibility into your campaign's success.
If you manage multiple clients, you can now organise campaigns more effectively with Projects. Save order details for recurring campaigns in the Project Builder and reload them with consistent settings for future campaigns.
Each Project ensures that backlinks are never duplicated within it – so your client’s campaign will never receive a link from the same site twice.
However, if you manage multiple clients, their projects can still access high-quality sites we’ve previously acquired for your other Projects. This keeps placements unique within each project while maximising opportunities across all your clients.
If you're only link building for one client/brand/website then all you need to do is set up one Project.
You can choose whether you want to review and approve content and/or placements before we commit to publishing.
If you enabled Content Approval, you'll have full access to Google Docs where you and your team can review the content, make edits or leave comments to guide our revisions. You must provide your approval for us to move forward pitching and publishing the article.
Before committing to live placements, you can opt to review the sites first. Only after your approval of the publisher sites will we move forward to publish the content.
Standard delivery time is up to 1 week.
If you enable Content Approvals or Placement Approvals, this extends the estimated delivery time up to 2 weeks.
You can also choose to have your campaigns run on a 30-day drip-feed. This means that we will publish your placements throughout the 30-day period.
In this section you will provide information about the Digital PR Target you are promoting.
Choose between Company/Brand or Person.
This helps us craft an authentic narrative. Include your Digital PR Target's associations, mission, initiatives, achievements and ambitions for best results.
You can define the topics that the content will focus on to align with your marketing goals.
If left blank, we’ll ensure the selected topics are relevant, based on your provided Background Information.
Limiting the Article Topics may restrict the campaign's creativity.
By default, your content will include recent, relevant quotes from industry experts (when available).
In addition to this, you have the option to provide custom quotes, such as statements from your clients' key spokespeople.
You can also choose if these quotes should be used just once or if they can be repeated across multiple articles.
Besides your target URL, which you'll set within each placement, you can also provide additional URLs that we'll aim to include in your article(s).
They would be included as other relevant sources, with anchor text that we select.
Your additional URLs must be relevant to your PR Target and either:
We'll aim to include up to two additional URLs within an article. You cannot choose anchor text for these URLs.
The inclusion of these additional URLs is up to the publisher's discretion. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to include your additional URLs.
Each article we produce includes two stock images by default.
You can also provide URLs to images you'd like featured in your articles (no Google Drive links).
The URLs must be publicly accessible, i.e. hosted on your server or platforms like imgur.com.
The URL must point directly to the image (ending in .jpg or .png).
You can choose whether we should use your images alongside high-quality, royalty-free images or if we should exclusively feature your provided images.
Some publishers have strict policies on media, so we cannot guarantee the inclusion of your custom images. However, we make every effort to include them and are usually successful.
Specifying a regional focus ensures that the topic discussed in your articles is set within it.
If left blank, topics discussed will be location-neutral and globally focused.
For Digital PR:
If no regional focus is specified but location details (e.g., your country of operations) are provided in your Background Information, we will create a mix of region-specific and globally-oriented content.
Additional keywords are separate from your anchor text and will not be hyperlinked. Instead, each article will be subtly optimised to include up to two of these keywords per article, placed in close proximity to your anchor text.
The purpose is to enhance topical relevance by surrounding your anchor with other key terms you’re targeting — helping improve rankings for related queries.
Additional keywords are case-sensitive, so please ensure accuracy and relevance when submitting them.
You can specify any topics, themes, or references that should be avoided in your articles. This helps ensure your brand isn’t associated with content that conflicts with your values, positioning, or commercial strategy.
Common exclusions include:
Exclusions are applied during content planning and writing to keep your placements aligned with your brand narrative.
Choose either DA40+, DA50+, DA60+ or Smart Select.

Choose your audience's locale (USA, UK, Australia, etc.) or leave it as Global.
When prospecting, we will look for sites that receive traffic from your chosen Audience.
We'll include global TLDs in our prospecting alongside ccTLDs that match your target Audience.
For example, if your Audience is the UK, .uk TLD sites would be considered as prospects. Furthermore, if we found a suitable .com site, this would also be considered as a prospect.
We will look for sites with ccTLDs that match your Audience.
For example, if your Audience is the UK, we would only consider websites with .uk TLDs as prospects.
Our loyalty programme features five spending tiers that reward you with increasingly generous discounts: spend €2,500 in a month to unlock a 5% discount that's automatically applied to every order throughout the following month.
Discounts go upto 15%. Your personalised dashboard updates in real time to show your current discount level and exactly how much more you need to spend to reach the next tier, so you always know where you stand and how close you are to unlocking even bigger savings.
From your order management page you can choose to be notified of updates via email or both email and browser push notifications.
You can also toggle on REMINDERS so if you do not respond to a query that requires your action, you'll be contacted every 3 days until you respond.
